Some of the older ghosts might be able to tell him about how the camp was tiny and in survival mode when they first left the city after the Sylphid arrived on the planet and took over Phadence (they would still be calling Zephyr by its old name). They would describe lack of food and supplies and the difficulty of the struggle at that point in a very "when I was your age" sort of tone. The Sylphid, he would find, have actually not at all changed - their apparent culture and values and methodology haven't changed since they arrived, which is part of how the rebellion has managed to grow so much, as the Sylphid have become a little predictable.
