[This mission's put him through the wringer and unfortunately most of it was due to 'friendly fire' so to speak. Tech's not sure how bad he looks on the outside but he's at least doesn't feel as bad as it was. At the very least he's managed to wash off blood from his face. Cleaning his helmet will have to wait. So will getting some rest.
