Steven doesn't entirely believe that, but he's good-natured enough to not really care, either. People make fun of him sometimes, he's used to it. They usually don't mean anything by it, anyway.

But he does give his spray can a shake, listening to the rattle, and says, "All right. Here we go, I guess."

And he leans over, still crouched down and with one hand holding tight so he doesn't over-balance, and starts spraying down smooth lines of magicked paint. This, he's not actually half bad at, having pretty steady hands.
