As Link moves out of line with her, she follows his gaze - while her eyesight isn't as sharp as it would be back home, it's good enough to spot the drones and figure that's what he's going for. As such, she doesn't call him back or take issue with his departure, because they're going to be dealing with them at one point or another. Hopefully, with him sorting that out, she can get some uninterrupted spraying done.

So she dives downwards into the cover of the semi-cleared foliage, spray can at the ready. She should be able to get at least a few more runes done before the next interruption.
