"If it wasn't for the fact that they apparently brought us here specifically to use as hosts, I'd wonder if they weren't exactly like us. But it certainly goes to show how they treat incompatible residents of this world," she says, eyes on the trees to ensure they don't hit anything, but tone very clear and weighty. It's not the first time she's seen these sorts of control experiments happening on people, and she doesn't like it any more here than she did back home. If nothing else, it does give them some more tangible experience of what the rebellion are fighting against.
