She's not a technical person, in any way. She is of precious little use for that particular sort of infiltration. But what she can do is stand by to provide a distraction.
Step one, remain in radio contact with the infiltrating members. Step two, obtain from the rebels a bag of small devices that go boom but in a very loud way. Step three, when called upon, head into the terrain around the facility whenever people need that time to upload the virus and begin to play merry hell with drawing attention away.
And if anybody needs a rearguard for extracting test subjects...that will gain her passionate support.
Mission B - Phase I
Surveillance isn't her favourite task in the world, but she does so diligently from a post high in a tree. Her retractable claws make short work of getting up there, even if she didn't have the Force to aid her. Her ability to blend in through the Force helps there, too. One could pull up onto the same branch when she's fully hidden and not know she's there, barring their own powers of perception...
Phase II
She takes hold of a stick, drawing in the dirt.
"We do not need to destroy entire convoys, or even cause collateral damage for most of the locations."
It's a trick Revan, a master tactician, had taught her, one she's eager to share.
"See, here - disable the vehicle at the front of the column and the rear - they predictably travel in groups so in narrow terrain, we can tie up the entire road with just simple caltrops or single, well aimed strikes. Then we can focus our force on the larger roads while our opponent wastes time extracting disabled vehicles to free up the others."
She paused, tapping the stick in thought.
"And if the trucks are stationary - if we draw the enemy away into the surrounding bush, we can simply take what we want, surely?"
Phase III
"We are with the Rebellion, we are here to help."
So she begins with the civilians, pointing them towards safe spots out of the line of fire, asking them to voluntarily evacuate in case of Slyphid counterattack. Many comply, others don't, looking at her, a strange outsider, with considerable suspicion. The children being moved is, of course, top priority. She looks down as one, a little girl, gently pulls at the leg of her pants.
"What are you?" the child asks. Juhani chuckles, a small smile coming to her face, crouching down.
"I am a Jedi Knight. A defender of the innocent. But I am a Cathar, by species. We're pretty much like you. Just a bit furrier, neh?"
She held out a hand, open and palm down. "Go ahead, feel. Just a bit furrier."

Later on, of course, when the time comes to fight, the vibrosword she got from the rebels is held ready in her hand, her shield bubble ready to be placed around anyone in danger or in need of support. Everywhere the battle seems to be in danger of going poorly, there she will be found - moving from one trouble spot to the next.
And, when the chance comes, lancing forward into the Slyphid ranks with all the power and speed of a Jedi of the Old Republic - leaping high into the air before slamming down into their midst, spinning a low kick out to trip those around her before the blade lashes out, cutting the barrel of a Slyphid gun in half.
