The lack of response is met with a heavy sigh. If Kylo could be certain that waiting a minute or two would help, then waiting would be the obvious course of action. But with his own powers muted and Rokuro's currently unavailable, that leaves the both of them vulnerable if any more enemies show up.

It's not that far to a patch of trees they could disappear into. Rokuro is significantly smaller than him as well, which thankfully makes it not too difficult to scoop him up and carry him that short distance. Moving someone's limp body into the woods was not how he had been planning to spend his time today, but it seems he doesn't have much of a choice.
