It is warmer to sit together. Tech may be taller and broader in stature, but Rokuro has more bare skin and less soaked gear. His body heat is more easily radiated. Ordinarily, Rokuro would shy away from leaning, as it's a lazy and unsightly habit, but he is tired, and Tech hardly seems the type to judge him for it. So lean into Tech's side he does.
