"We should be prepared for vehicles that hover rather than roll, which means caltrops are a backup plan at best," Elma says, arms folded as she considers the strategy in front of her. It's good, as far as it goes, but these circumstances mean they need to account for a lot of potential options. "I also think we'd be better off completely demolishing the vehicles, rather than relying on our shots hitting something disabling on tech we have no information on. A large-scale obstruction could also work, with the benefit that we might be able to make it look more natural."
