It's a strange sort of moral principle to struggle with, but Tech can understand. "Let's hope it doesn't have to be repeated," he says, even as he hesitantly brings a hand to rest on Rokuro's shoulder in case the other needs to be steadied. Tech's not sure to what extent this ability of his affects him, after all.
