"Very well. If I end up a soulless husk, it is you I shall come back to haunt." Rokuro is exceedingly polite, dainty, and submissive. Except when he isn't. At least Tech is learning about this now. It has taken others years to see past the etiquette and courtly protocol to the actual man beneath it.

Rokuro holds the tablet at arm's length. He'll touch the screen, but only with it facing away from him. After a moment he will slowly turn the tablet back around, flinching in advance of the image that may greet him-- and is instantly relieved when it's the room and not his own face he sees.

"The 'camera' appears to be working. I will take the photos now." Finally, he'll start taking pictures of everything that looks remotely interesting, and his thumb will only be in half the photos.

They really do make a great team.
