Rey shakes her head. She isn't sure what his specific concern is, but she's not going to be looking for anything nor is it likely to be similar to what she can pick up from Kylo just by being near him, or from Luke now that they're tethered. That's good, because she's not sure she could handle that level of empathy for yet another Skywalker.

"I can get a sense of what needs healing, where the energy needs to go. It doesn't hurt, and I won't pick up on anything I couldn't already just by being Force-sensitive in your presence."

The last thing she wants to do is go digging any deeper into the Vader Experience than she has to.
