Rokuro makes a slight face in response to Elma's question. A hint of sheepishness flitting across his features before settling back into the usual stoic expression.

Rokuro was born in the 16th century, and so the mere concept of electricity is new to him. While he does have some support and education in technological matters by virtue of his tether-partner-to-be, whose actual name is Tech, his overall understanding is a major work in progress.
