Donatello was usually quite critical of other people's tech, mostly because he just expected it to be subpar to anything he made. Here he couldn't be so picky, but then neither was he disappointed. In fact, he was pleasantly surprised by how ingenious the hoverboards were constructed. He was crouched over the one that he'd been loaned, shutting the panel he'd had opened after doing some rewiring.
