The wind and rain's only slightly better than sleet and snow. Donnie would absolutely freeze otherwise, but things are still pretty miserable between the temperature from this altitude and the wet. The cascading rain makes it difficult to see, his goggles only doing so much for him as he has to mop his hand across them now and again.

It takes the turtle teen a moment to locate the source of the sound, gasping as he finds the bike careening towards him and his hoverboard. He hunkers down low and veers sharply to the side, narrowly avoiding the smoking vehicle as it plummets past him before he pushes the hoverboard upwards again, catching sight of Marc as the man tries to regain control of his manta beast. He comes up alongside of them, keeping an eye on the manta thing in case it decides to flail in his direction. Just a green kid with something that looks suspiciously like a shell on his back, totally normal here.
