It's oddly easy walking around in a city that otherwise has been claimed to be enemy territory. Donnie feels slightly better doing so with a hoodie on, mostly out of habit and partially in hopes that the hood will help him be less identifiable if anyone were on the look-out for a 5'5" turtle.
"It looks so weirdly normal, right? I mean, if no one said there were body-snatching aliens involved in things then who could really tell?" That makes it more sinister, but at the same time there's just so much he doesn't know, and any information that's been offered has been quite one-sided. Unfortunately the same's held true from this angle, given what he's accessed on the city's local network. So who was right?
The City Skyline station looks just about how one would expect a modern broadcasting station to appear. Donnie nods towards the manhole access once he spies it, conveniently in the building's shadow. "Hang on, there's a security camera," he says, pointing to the slowly rotating camera mount. "If I had my computer I could try hacking into the signal but I guess we'll just have to do things the old-fashioned way."
